Let's make a pact for equality
PACTEMOS FOR EQUALITY is a project of the Secretariat for Substantive Equality between Women and Men (SISEMH) in alliance with the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, which recognizes and accompanies companies and/or workplaces located in Jalisco on their path towards a culture of gender equality. Through PACTEMOS, SISEMH and the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce invite Jalisco companies to grow in equality and transform their culture to dignify the work of all people.
It is based on five covenants to which workplaces must adhere, and which in turn contain a total of 22 actions to promote equality. Each of the Pacts addresses key issues that have an impact on gender inequality in the workplace.
The covenants are as follows:
Equal Policy: guarantee the right to gender equality.
2.Safe Space: address alleged cases of sexual harassment.
3.Life and Work in Balance:
reconcile work and personal life with co-responsibility.
4.Career without Obstacles:
manage their talent without prejudice and stereotypes.
5.Equality Agents:
train promoters.
SOLIDARITY AS A VALUE
GRUPO GROSE completed the program in February 2024, thus graduating the first generation of PACTEMOS companies and becoming the first electromechanical company to participate.
Throughout the year, our team engages in regular visits to various nursing homes in the community. These visits are not only opportunities to offer companionship and emotional support to residents, but also to share moments of joy and memories. From recreational activities to quiet conversations, each visit is filled with love and compassion.
Every year, our company is committed to solidarity and social responsibility by carrying out a series of activities to benefit our community. One of these initiatives is to visit homes, animal shelters, hospitals and other institutions in need of support. During these visits, our team offers its time and resources to provide companionship, joy and practical help. We organize interactive activities, bring essential supplies, share smiles and create meaningful moments for those who need it most. These actions not only have a tangible impact on the lives of the beneficiaries, but also strengthen the bonds between our employees and the community, fostering a sense of empathy and collaboration that transcends the workplace.
